Seemingly not as broken and busted as the other main characters' Stands, let's talk about why that isn't the case. This Stand hides so much power, that has yet to be unseen, driving fear into the hearts of Diego and all the non-avian dinosaurs. Yes, today I get to talk about dinosaurs again. If I feel like extending this conversation, I'll go into why Planet Waves as a Stand makes no sense at all.
I was thinking of sitting on this one until there were more JoJo episodes to come out but... yeah...
