To answer the question at the beginning of the video, each individual frame takes at least 20 minutes to edit in Photoshop. On top of that, I had to build the set and shoot the pictures. At the end I have a 2 second clip of what it will roughly look like. I also need to learn After Effects to give the punches an extra sting. I can continue with updates both here and on Twitter.
