Adar capturing Galadriel at the end of this episode can be the reason why Galadriel made Elrond swear that between a choice saving her/going after Sauron, he would always choose to stop Sauron. But we know Adar is after Sauron and Galadriel knows where Sauron is and how to recognize him, so can we imagine in fact a deal between these two ? I'm totally lost with the situation, I have to confess it.
Estrid's secret was discovered in this episode, and she's guiding Isildur and Arrondir to her former "friends". We have scenes about "can we trust her or not", the cool discussions with the Ents and at the end, Theo is back and Estrid is maybe out. I was more interested and shocked by Tom Bombadil in front of our Stranger ! Or by Nori and Poppy meeting the Stoors and the reveal about them being their ancestors, with Nori's people supposed to find the dream land (the Shire ?).
