There are pointers connected with monoliths and geoglyphs all around the world. Here American Institute of Pyramid Research Director Larry Pahl reveals a block pointer on the Great Pyramid north side which points directly to the head of the Sphinx.

If the Sphinx wasn't built until the reign of Khafre, how did the Great Pyramid builders know where to point this block? It seems that either Khufu built the Sphinx, or that it was there before him...
