the return of wattpad's greatest disaster… (after we collided)
Hey guys welcome back to my channel! Today’s video is one I’ve been getting requests to do since the initial trailer dropped but because of pushbacks (its been out in Canada for weeks now but was just released in the US a few days ago) with the movie release I haven’t been able to do it until now, but here we are! Some of you guys who have been with me for a while might know that a few years ago I did a video on After, a harry styles’ wattpad fanfic that was rebranded as a definitely-not-a-fanfic-we-swear romance series once it was published that eventually got the green light for a movie series. I believe there are going to be 4 (?) movies in total and the one we’ll be looking at today is the sequel titled After We Collided! The first movie was a hot mess to say the least considering that even fans of the series weren’t happy with the way it translated on screen, I also was definitely not a massive fan personally... lol. It seems to be a VERY divisive movie though considering the people that love it, ADORE it and the people who don't, absolutely hate it. So I thought with the second movie coming out and people requesting for me to check it out, how about round two!
Also just a note, back when I did that first video it didn’t even cross my mind to do a commentary similar to the way that I do my movie videos now (i.e netflix turned our worst wattpad nightmare into a movie...) where I watch the movie with you guys, so watching that old video back was pretty weird tbh so i thought this time around we’d do it in the style I typically do now because I feel like it’s a lot more fun! Also this goes without saying but me not liking a movie doesnt mean you cant, i’m just a stranger on the internet lol if you like it then who cares what i think! Hopefully you guys enjoy the video whether you liked the movie or not and we can all just have fun with it!
