The real test of your fitness is how much life your body gives you access to.

That’s the standard @julietstarrett and I keep coming back to.

🔹 Can you jump into a pickup game without spending the next week regretting it?
🔹 Can you take the hiking trip your friends invited you on and still feel good afterward?
🔹 Can you get on the floor, carry something heavy, learn a new sport, travel all day, and generally trust your body to cooperate?

IMHO, those are pretty useful measures of fitness.

And they require more than getting really good at one thing in the gym. You need strength, conditioning, usable ranges of motion, recovery, and the daily habits that support all of it.

That’s what we bring together inside The Starrett System.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll follow progressive strength and conditioning programming, build mobility and recovery into your daily life, and develop the habits that keep your body strong, durable, and ready for the things you actually care about doing.

You’ll also get weekly LIVE coaching from Juliet, me, and elite guest experts… so you can ask questions, troubleshoot, and get real-time support along the way.

Our next LIVE cohort kicks off September 8: thereadystate.com/starrett-system
