The problem with rucking isn't your knees. It's the looks you get. π This is 30kg in a weighted vest, four miles, and people running past just staring like I've lost the plot. Fair enough, it looks mad. But here's why I do it: same heart rate as a jog, without hammering my knees. So now I only run once a week, maybe once a fortnight, and I ruck most mornings instead. An hour in zone two, outdoors. What could be better?
