CRUST
☐ 3 Pkgs. Graham crackers
☐ 1/4 cup light brown sugar
☐ 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (melted)
FILLING
☐ 4 Pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (not diet)
☐ 1 cup sugar
☐ 4 Tbsp Sour cream
☐ 2 tsp vanilla extract
☐ 4 Tbsp Corn starch
☐ 4 eggs
*Fill 2 pans then to the left over filling, add:
☐ 4-6 key limes (adjust to preference) OR 1 regular lime
☐ zest from 1 lime
*Fill 2 more pans
TOPPINGS
Caramel Sauce:
☐ 11 oz. Caramel Bits bag
☐ 3 Tbsp water
☐ 1/3 cup half and half (after removing from heat)
Strawberry Sauce:
☐ 9-10 lg strawberries
☐ 1/4 cup sugar
☐ 2 Tbsp Water
☐ 1 tsp corn starch
☐ 1 tsp lemon squeezed
Whipped Cream:
☐ 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
☐ 1/3 cup sugar
☐ 1 tsp vanilla extract
TOPPED CHEESECAKES WITH:
☐ Caramel sauce, Maldon sea salt or any sea salt and whipped cream
☐ Strawberry Sauce, whipped cream, 1/2 strawberry
☐ Whipped Cream, lime zest and thin key lime wedge
☐ Caramel sauce and melted chocolate
☐ Whipped Cream, raspberry, blueberries, key lime wedge
