Having seen the Full Series, The Full Season, I can say that The Penguin is Masterful. A surprising, shocking, gritty character study of Oz Cobb. Colin Farrell is a genius truth teller, so is Cristin Milioti as Sophia Falcone. I canāt wait to see where they take The Batman Universe. I cannot wait for The Batman 2.
