I cover another key concept of the Kabbalah: the five Parts of the Soul.
The kabbalists divided the human constitution into five parts: the Nephesch (passions), Ruach (mind), Neschamah (higher aspirations), Chiah (the unconditioned Divine creative force or substance) and Yechidah (inner core of Divinity). I explain the Parts of the Soul in this video, also making comparisons to the Five Koshas of Vedanta.
I discuss how understanding the Parts of the Soul can help us repair our fallen worldly nature and re-integrate with God.
