Hema completed her undergraduate studies at Shree Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Education and pursued her postgraduate education at Christ University, Bangalore, where she honed her expertise in psychology. Additionally, she holds a license in advanced cognitive hypnotic life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming, showcasing her commitment to holistic and innovative approaches to personal development and well-being. With her diverse skill set and passion for empowering individuals, Hema Appachu continues to make meaningful contributions to the field of psychology and beyond.
