Intro for the final MAP I'm hosting.
I can't believe this is the first thing I've drawn since the end of September, and it's *backgrounds* omg. That said, I'm extremely proud of this, I can't remember the last time I put that much effort into backgrounds, but it was worth it.
I spent 4-5 days on this and I think most of 1 of those was just me trying to figure out how to edit the door like I wanted it to look. I really didn't feel like drawing multiple frames of the door opening with that funky pattern and trying to get all the angles right, so instead I thought 'yeah I'll just do a PMV of it, editing it can't be that bad right?' ( Famous last words) It looks a bit wonky but only if you look closely, but this was the best I could do.
Editing the second background was fine but drawing and shading was a nightmare, but somehow it turned out really good?! With the cubes it was just a bit of a pain trying to figure out all the different layers I needed for that effect.
The cube turns red at the end because in the final edit of the MAP, it's going to zoom in on that part and then greenscreen (redscreen?) into part 1.
I added a huge watermark because I don't want this to get stolen.
There's currently 16 parts left to be finished which isn't too bad, but the MAP has kind of reached a standstill, so any help would be appreciated ^^
At some point I'll open a thumbnail contest :)

That moment when you join a Darkstalker map but the only character in your part is Clearsight XD
Clearsight is writing her timeline scrolls for Queen Vigilance but all I could think about was that her desk is what map hell really looks like XD
Theres a few errors in there but thats the best I could do with the tweening, so Im still pretty happy about it.
Unfortunately theres nothing I can do about the lines at the end of the greenscreen because as the scroll was tweened instead of animated I had to use several green layers to move with the scroll, so thats why theres lines D:

Some of you may remember that a while ago I uploaded map parts for this map, but the host recently decided to cancel it. However I have asked to rehost the map with all the original parts/participants included (which is why it’s already full XD) This is a rehost for the original participants to complete, however in case anyone needs to drop out, backups would be appreciated :3
I didn’t choose the part lengths and in case any of them are unclear, ask me and I’ll tell you where they roughly start/finish. (Lyric parts start and finish at the beginning and end of the appropriate lines)
The links to the finished parts are all the ones I’m aware of at the moment. If there are any I’ve missed, please let me know :3
I’ve changed the rules slightly but it’s still the same basics as the original :3
The parts will contain spoilers from various Wings of Fire books, so watch them at your own risk.
Rules:
1. You MUST have read at least 1 ‘Wings Of Fire’ book. Absolutely no OC’s. Canon characters/scenes only.
2. Your part MUST include an animus dragon, or at the very least, a dragon associated with an animus or an animus-touched object (example – Clearsight, Moonwatcher, Darkstalker’s scroll etc.)

Yes another one XD
I found this challenge a few days ago, where you draw your Wings of Fire OC in the style of a WoF book cover. I think its a really cool idea! I dont think many people have done this challenge yet, but I definitely recommend having a go!
Im really proud of the pose and the background too! The wings actually look good; I usually really struggle to draw wings.
I actually forgot to make her talons purple in the original recording but I fixed them on the Deviantart version.
I messed up the text though...
I thought the title would be appropriate because of Moonseekers powers. She hatched under 3 new moons and cant see the future, or read minds, but she can see a dragons past by looking at them. Her ability originally only works when she touches another dragon, but after a few years of practicing, she can expand her powers outward and can use them from a short distance away and can control how much of a dragons past/memories she can see.

So this wasn’t the next MAP I was planning on releasing and I wanted to get some of my other ones finished first, but then I just decided to open this early because why not.
For almost 2 weeks after reading The Dangerous Gift I just couldn’t think of a suitable song for it, but then I happened to listen to this one again and everything just clicked. Of course scenes are missing but I included the ones that fit best.
Not a rule, but if someone in the comments says they haven’t read/finished the book yet, please don’t reply to them with a ton of spoilers, that’s not nice. Also please don’t tell me that I’ve spoiled the events of the book for you, I have included multiple warnings.
If you also had the idea to make a MAP of this book with the same song, you are welcome to do so, I don’t mind (just don’t steal my art/script)

Rules:
1. You MUST have read Wings of Fire: Book 14: The Dangerous Gift. If you haven’t read it yet, then don’t click on the script.
2. This map is SCRIPTED, so please follow it. If your part doesn’t follow the script, then I will ask you to redo it. I recommend reading the script for the parts directly before and after yours as some carry on from the previous ones.
3. There are CHARACTER DESIGNS for some characters so please follow those too. You can simplify the scale patterns if you want to, but please use the right colours. Some designs may contain ‘notes’ under them so read carefully. If there is no reference for a character you need to use, then you may use your own design.
4. Can be AMV or PMV: whichever you feel fits your part best. For PMV please try to add tweening.
5. Add your own music. If you can’t that’s fine, I’ll add it to the finished map anyway. Length of parts is shown in the video, so try to get them as close as possible. Green screening is also allowed: just please make your video a little bit longer than it should be as this makes the editing a bit easier.
6. You must draw a background (don’t just leave it blank) If you want me to check the location/time of day in your part then just ask. Please make your part fullscreen.
7. DON’T ADD LYRICS. (They are only included in the script to give you a feel of the part)
8. Don’t add your channel watermark: I will do that for you. Program watermarks like Flipaclip are fine!
9. Max 2 parts each.
10. Deadline will be set for 3 months after all parts are taken and extensions will be given if needed. If you need to drop out, don’t be afraid to tell me: I won’t be mad or disappointed, I just need to know! (You are also not required to tell me WHY you need to drop out as it may be a personal reason) If the deadline arrives, I will give you extra time and reminders. But if you don’t respond to either I will have to kick you out.
11. Please don’t take it personally if you don’t get a part: you will still be offered the chance to be a backup!
12. Not a rule but if you have a part marked as ‘[vision]’ in the script, I may or may not be adding a pale shimmering border around the edges of those parts. (I haven’t decided yet)
13. If you’ve read the rules, write ‘One ring’ in your comment. This is the first part of the code. There is a second part you need to find to prove you’ve read everything: you must have the full code to get a part!

Discovered this song last week and thought the title sounded appropriate for a Moonwatcher meme XD
I know theres already a few original memes with this song but as mine is completely different to the others, Im going to call this one an original meme too XD
I tried to make my editing look more like a professional meme in this one and omg wow am I proud of this :D All of the background scenes have a small amount of tweening, some more obvious than others.
The timing is a bit out in parts because it got really hard to listen to the specific parts near the end XD
Righty then, so this is Moonwatcher having some visions of the future, and shes clutching her head and crying because apparently she gets splitting headaches from the visions and the visions themselves are usually awful. Someone give this girl some soup.
The visions include: The Jade Mountain prophecy, the history cave fire, Turtle and Anemone fighting on the beach and Darkstalkers scroll.
The dragon shadow in the second part is Darkstalker talking to Moon in her mind while hes still under the mountain (because both of them are mindreaders)
I know Moon hatched under 2 full moons, but the reason theyre not full in the intro is because shes meant to be grown up in that drawing not just newly hatched.
And yes I changed Moons design to the one more commonly used because I like it and in the end, my original one just started looking a bit weird XD
I hope this one gets some good views, because this was painful to do XD

My backgrounds look better in this because I had the graphic novel to use as a reference so that helped XD
I was originally going to add some fish swimming in the background or some moving kelp, but I didnt want to overdo it or murder my editing program XD
