Story base; I was rewatching the Lord of the Rings trilogy and felt suddenly inspired to make a video of that to this song. But alas, mi padre was too lazy to help me rip the movies onto my laptop Fred Two Point Oh. I looked up the translated lyrics (the language is Hebrew) and the title reminded me of how after Yuna and Tidus defeated Sin, they were free, if you know what I mean. Free to do whatever they wanted, free what they wanted to do with their lives. Thats what this video is based on. ^_^

I bet you all thought I was going cannon-crazy, hmmm? Well, dont worry. Cannon is getting a bit boring for my tastes.
Story //
As a child, Tidus was moody and a bit awkward socially. Aerith saw him sitting on the streets, both orphans, and she greeted him with a big smile. Tidus just stared at her. She grabbed his hand and dragged him away to play.
Nine years later, Tidus revisits the church they would always play at. He is surprised when he sees a beautiful young woman who looks exactly like an older Aerith. Tidus calls out her name enthusiastically. Aerith looks up and sees Tidus. She becomes dizzy and passes out. Tidus yells her name and goes to catch her. While he is studying her face, he sees a black rash-like thing on her left-cheek. Aerith gasps and pulls away from him. When she turns around again, she has bandaged her face. (Dont you dare laugh at my Band-Aid.) She greets him more properly by embracing him. She smiles at Tidus, and he looks at her sadly, because he cant stand to see her faking happiness for him while shes dying. Aerith sees that he notices, and looks away.
Tidus sees that Aerith is still wearing the ribbon that he gave to her for her eighth birthday, and this makes him strangely happy. He realizes that he is in love with Aerith, and he has always been in love with Aerith. Unfortunately, every day, Aeriths Geostigma spreads further, and there is nothing he can do about it.
Aerith once again grows dizzy and faints. Tidus catches her and holds her in his despair.
Tidus remembers how he and Aerith got separated in the first place. Shortly after her eighth birthday, Tidus went to go meet Aerith in the church, and was surprised and even a bit worried when she wasnt there. He remembers how lost he felt and he remembers her face and the ribbon.
Growing very desperate to save Aeriths life, even if it is the last thing he does, Tidus goes to a powerful demon and asks for it to cure her and all the others of Geostigma. But in order to do that, the demon demands for something in exchange. It senses that Tidus is in love, and therefore, it wants Tidus heart. Tidus agrees and waits for his doom. The demon seizes his heart and Tidus falls to the ground as it starts to rain healing water, dying slowly and all alone. Meanwhile, Aerith senses something is happening and her Geostigma. She suddenly realizes that Tidus is dying and she runs out of the church, determined to find Tidus.
When she finally finds him, he is lying motionless on the floor. Aerith kneels down beside him and shakes Tidus back and forth. There is no response from him. Tears start rolling down her face and she buries her face in Tidus shoulder.
However, Tidus is not dead or alive, but conscious. He raises his face. Struggling, he puts his arm around Aerith. Aerith looks up, surprised and crying, and Tidus smiles at her. She smiles at him through her tears and kisses him.
Without a heart, Tidus cannot live like a human, but because of his unselfish act and Aeriths love for him he becomes her Guardian Angel and watches over her for the rest of their lives.

Storyline//Well, its basically just straight from the fanfic and contains some of my own assumptions. ^^;;
Also, follow the lyrics. (Clouds having a little rescue fantasy. Its sad, but one of my guy friends has admitted that they dont like us being tough because they want to feel heroic and save us every once in a while. xD Im not making fun of your feelings, guys. I just find it very cute.)
Tifa gets kind of sick of Cloud and she decides its time for Cloud to notice how much he depends on her and realize that he cant always take her for granted. So she decides to take a break for a while (or as I like to call it, pulls a Cloud on him) and leaves.
Thats where the video starts off. Cloud calls Tifas cell phone. She answers and he says her name.
Tifa.
She pauses. She has no idea what to say to him.
Tifa!
So she simply hangs up on him.
Cloud starts to panic and tries to find her. Meanwhile, he realizes how much he really depended on Tifa. He shouldnt have taken her for granted.
Cloud manages to get Tifa on the phone again.
Tifa, I
I know! Stop running!
But I... Im not...
Cloud slowly realizes Tifas talking about his feelings.
Later, Rufus Shinra calls him.
We need your assistance, Cloud.
Shinra seems to believe that Aerith knew where the Promised Land was and that she told Cloud. He thinks the Promised Land is filled with Mako, so he wants to get there.
What does that have to do with me?
Dont you want to put a smile back on her face?
Then in the background, Cloud hears Tifa yell his name.
Tifa!
It turns out that Rufus Shinra has kidnapped Tifa so that Cloud would tell him where the Promised Land is. Cloud of course doesnt see that happening, so he goes to Shinra, kicks some Turk-ass and has his little rescue that hes always been dreaming of and saves Tifa. After that major wake-up call, Cloud decides its time for him to be a bit more open about his feelings. (Open ending! Mua ha ha~)
