🌨️ Texture notes: Despite its thin serum texture, this is NOT a milky toner but a moisturizer thanks to being a “microemulsion”. Even better, its been clinically tested to be just as hydrating as their NMF daily moisturizer 24 hrs after application
🧪 Ingredient notes: Microemulsions can load a much higher level of oils - Rice lipids (phytosterols) & jojoba oil. Other notables: ectoin, urea, and sodium PCA
