30 for 30 Sunscreen Challenge (9/30)
Today we're testing Bioré Aqua Rich Airy Hold Cream SPF 50+ PA++++.
This sunscreen delivered one of the strangest user experiences we've had during the challenge.
First impressions:
• Thick, draggy application
• Initial white cast
• Requires a lot of blending
• High water resistance
But after about 15 minutes, everything changed.
The formula settled into a soft, powdery finish that felt surprisingly elegant on skin. The sunscreen film also held up exceptionally well throughout the day and during reapplication.
Our biggest takeaway:
The application experience is intense, but the final finish is excellent.
⭐ Final Score: 6.5/10
One additional note: this is one of the few sunscreens from the challenge where we'd strongly recommend double cleansing at the end of the day.
