Contrary to popular belief, and the amount of gold and riches found inside, King Tutankhamun’s tomb was indeed robbed twice, shortly after it was built. There is only one tomb so far that remained hidden for millennia, unscathed by robbers and looters, and still remains largely forgotten to the public, the tomb of Psussenes I, the Silver Pharaohs.
