--------------------------
If every single person in the world did just one exercise every day, The world would be filled with more healthy people.
This is not because doing one exercise a day is more effective than having a balanced routine that satisfies all areas of our body of mind.
The reason why this would increase the overall health of most people is that it takes away every complexity and resistance that a person could face when it comes to being consistent with daily exercise.
Naturally, a person that was to do this approach would become healthier and stronger in a very short period of time and would increase the diversity of exercises that they do. However, if a person only did one single exercise per day, this would increase the amount of physical activity that most people are getting in and therefore contributing to a more healthier lifestyle
If you’re struggling to get started with daily exercise, I would recommend trying out this approach
