The more we pay attention to the chatter in our mind, the louder it gets. Your mind will never stop if you try to get your mind to stop. This is why most people suffer with endless constant thinking.

The only solution to silence your mind chatter is to bring your attention to the present moment. Focus on what is in front of you in the present moment. Bring your attention to your breath as you breathe in and out and feel the sensations inside of your body. When you do this, you start the process to stop your mind. Remember that this takes time, and that your mind will not just stop right away. So be persistent, and do this every day as often as you can, and like I mentioned in the video, one day you will notice how quiet your mind has become.

This is the real reason why I created a flow 60 practice. It wasn’t so I can exercise my body because I’ve been binging for 20 years before that already. I wanted to find a way to silence my mind. and practice helps you sign your mind by getting your body to relax so you’re able to feel your body deeper.

When you feel your body deeper, it’s easier to keep your attention in your body and therefore your attention is not in your mind. Our students do practice every morning and every evening right before going to bed. This routine is similar to brushing your teeth and taking a shower. Once you build a habit of doing this, you will be able to maintain more stillness and peace in your mind.
