For a change, here's a clip of what not to do as opposed to me showing everyone what to do. But basically if you ride a motorbike, don't leave anything to chance, get dialed in, if you're up early and commuting, get a coffee, and wake up. Also, consider mixing up your daily routine and take a different route to and from work.
