It always seemed to me like a biblical kind of story, but with cartoons in it and sort of being the "EarthBound" of point-and-click games.
The game has two endings (or three if you count the drain dead end): Good and Evil. Since it is a matter of the very last part, both are shown here.

Notes and some puzzle comments:

0:17 - Here is where you have to input the random sequence of 12 symbols. You can always return and check the previous panel for the sequence again. In the position of the symbol which was always different and made a sound, here you put the symbol that also makes the sound and is missing from the set.
4:14 - This puzzle is easier than it looks when you find out the simply trick. The mouse always points its nose towards the correct holes that lead to the cheese.
6:16 - This is the only puzzle you do not have to solve at all! As long as you make notes of how many times each symbol appears (for a puzzle coming right up), you are good. I did not want to leave it unfinished though.
27:05 - It can be easily forgotten that the red car previously guarded by the green Weasel can be now used to travel to the rejoined piece of land. A key is there which has to be collected.
44:16 - If you do not have all 20 disks by this point, you have to find the rest now, which can get tricky. All the other disk players? You can always insert your disks in them. It does not matter where you insert them in the end, but I like to do it all at once. That is why I have been skipping them.
53:08 - I like when the last puzzle references the very first one, but requires, let's say, completely opposite way of thinking.
