In this video I am in Tennessee at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. I go on a solo hike on several trails but the main attraction is the Needle Arch. Very beautiful scenery in this video.

Needle Arch, a narrow band of sandstone 10 feet high and 30 feet wide that resembles the eye of a needle. As the wayside exhibit sign explains, the Needle Arch is all that's left of a rockshelter that collapsed after eons of erosion. Like a lintel over a fireplace, the arch spanned the opening of the rockhouse, and because it was harder than the surrounding sandstone, it's the only part of the rockhouse still standing.
