2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Barspoon Absinthe
Crush ice into tin and shake
Open pour into glass
Top with more crushed ice
Garnish with pineapple fronds and maraschino cherries

Build in flash blender
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Passionfruit Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Grenadine
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Jamaican Rum (Smith & Cross)
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Demerara Rum
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Mezcal
Fist full of Mint Leaves
Open pour into glass or tiki mug
