Build in mixing glass
3 oz. or 90 ml. Jamaican Rum (Smith and Cross Rum)
Juice of 1 Lime and Hull
3 Bar spoons Rustic Sugar*
6 oz. or 180 ml. Coconut Water
.5 Cinnamon Stick
Muddle or Swizzle
Strain into Glass
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
Optional: Add more Coconut Water to taste
*"Rustic" Sugar
Mix of Turbinado Sugar
Black Strap Molasses
