The Bible is filled with statements about a special divine light. In the opening chapter of John's Gospel, Christ is called the "True Light." There, the word for "Light" is spelled with a capital L. Most Christians have the opinion that the term is only a metaphor for his sinless nature, but the reality is that a Primeval Light exists in Heaven which cannot be seen on Earth. " ... until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see ... " (1 Timothy 6:14-16).
