This game is actually part of a concept called Plastic City: The first step was to create an unconventional music label with the same name. The next step was then to produce a comic book and a game telling the story of Plastic City. The music from the label was to be used in the game.
In this video you can see a short playable demo that was distributed through PC magazines at the time. Since there is hardly any information about this game, and no trace of a complete game, it is considered unreleased. The company behind it went bankrupt in 2001.
