Star Trek: Secret of Vulcan Fury is an unreleased adventure game developed by Tribal Dreams, an in-house division of Interplay Entertainment. This game was announced in June 1997 and was initially supposed to be released in November 1997. However, due to continued departure of staff and financial problems at Interplay, it has been postponed until its cancellation in 1999. It's been said that less than 5% of the game had been completed.
Secret of Vulcan Fury was planned to feature a complete full-motion environment where the player assumed the roles of Captain James T. Kirk, Mr. Spock, Dr. Leonard McCoy, Lt. Hikaru Sulu, Ensign Pavel Chekov, and Engineer Montgomery "Scotty" Scott. It was set in four independent stories around the secrets in the history of the Vulcan and Romulan races. The storyline was written by D.C. Fontana, writer on the original series of Star Trek and season one of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
