Mujintou Monogatari, the Super Famicom game I bought on a whim from an online shop selling japanese games, and then I liked it enough to play or at least look up the sequels and spinoffs. The same thing happened with Kenka Bancho, actually.
Mujintou Monogatari "Uninhabited Island Story" are games about people stranded on sunny islands having to scavenge for food and materials to survive, meanwhile getting along and enjoying each others company, with the ultimate goal being escaping the island and getting back to civilization. Good stuff, actually.
