The parts are finally rolling in for Project Top Fuel. We've got our clutch and it's various components, the brakes are squared away, and now we're going over the rest of the car getting everything ready for the first fire up.
This includes the cars ignition system which centers around a classic Scintilla/Ronco/Vertex Magneto.
Here's an overview of this mags history and components as well as how and when it's appropriate for use with nitromethane.
