We were lucky enough to have been given a personal guided tour of the Sofitel Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan, Egypt. A visit here and afternoon tea is part of the Nile river cruise offered by Uniworld on board S.S.Sphinx. This is a historic and important hotel for many reasons.
