On the night of November 22, 1987, the television signals of two stations in Chicago, Illinois, were hijacked, briefly sending a pirate broadcast of an unidentified person wearing a Max Headroom mask and costume to thousands of home viewers.
The first incident took place during the sports segment of independent TV station WGN-TV's 9:00 p.m. newscast. Like the later signal intrusion, it featured a person wearing a mask swaying erratically in front of a swiveling corrugated metal panel, apparently meant to resemble Max Headroom's animated geometric background. Unlike the later intrusion, the only sound was a loud buzz. This interruption went on for almost 17 seconds before engineers at WGN were able to regain control of their broadcast tower.
The second incident occurred about two hours later during PBS member station WTTW's broadcast of the Doctor Who serial Horror of Fang Rock. With nobody on duty at the affected tower, this signal takeover was more sustained, and the masked figure could be heard making reference to the real Max Headroom's advertisements for New Coke, the animated TV series Clutch Cargo, WGN sportscaster Chuck Swirsky, "Greatest World Newspaper nerds", and other seemingly unrelated topics. The video concluded with the masked figure presenting his bare buttocks to a woman with a flyswatter while yelling "They're coming to get me!", with the woman responding "Bend over, bitch!" and lightly spanking him with it as the figure was crying and screaming. At that point, the hijackers ended the pirate transmission, and normal programming resumed after a total interruption of about 90 seconds.
A criminal investigation conducted by the Federal Communications Commission in the immediate aftermath of the intrusion could not find the people responsible, and despite many unofficial inquiries and much speculation over the ensuing decades, the culprits have yet to be positively identified.
The Museum of Classic Chicago Television's recording of the incident was passed through ElevenLabs Voice Isolator, and some interesting results have come from it. Enjoy!

Rude Removal (also known as Dexters Rude Removal) is a cartoon segment originally produced in 1997 for the animated television series Dexters Laboratory for Cartoon Network. It was intended to air as part of the second season, but was left unaired due to the characters swearing even though the swear words were censored. In the segment, Dexter and Dee Dee are accidentally split into two pairs, a polite pair and a rude pair, with the latter depicted as using profanity with bleep censorship. The segment was only screened at some animation festivals before finally being released online by Adult Swim on January 22, 2013.
I took a different approach to remove the audio censorship placed in the original. ElectricTheCheese had produced a decensored version using sentence mixing way back when to re-construct profanity used by characters. In this version, I created an RVC AI model of Rude Dexter and Rude Dee Dees voices, voiced the uncensored lines myself, then used the conversion models to re-create what the original voices may have sounded like. Its not perfect, but should be somewhat of an improvement over a sentence-mixed version. This is a re-upload to fix some issues from the previous one. Hoping this is the final version.")

Scooter Computer & Mr. Chips, unoffically known as Computer Rock, is a collection of Schoolhouse Rock! songs that discusses computers. Unlike Schoolhouse Rock, this revolved around two titular characters, Scooter Computer, a young skater, and Mr. Chips, Scooters talking computer.
This first episodes master tape was apparently lost by ABC, which is why no home video or Disney+ release features it. In an effort to recreate what it mightve sounded like had the master existed, I have remastered the audio track by taking the 1996 CDs audio track, remixing it to restore the original 1983 sound effects, and the original chorus as well. Video quality kind of sucks because it had to be sourced from a 1984 VHS recording, but its better than nothing.
