Whether you want to use Duolingo specifically to learn Arabic, Duolingo Norwegian or if you're learning French, it's certainly true that the Duolingo owl offers a lot of language options, even with the famous Duolingo owl threats.

Today we’re talking about Duolingo and specifically the much coveted 1000 day streak. It’s getting more common these days because there are more people who have taken up Duolingo long enough ago that it becomes possible to have a long Duolingo streak.
My streak on Duolingo was about 500 days in Swedish and it’s mostly been Swedish, but there were a few weeks there where it was Mandarin because I wanted to get a headstart on Chinese, I’ve also done Spanish, German, Arabic, Norwegian and most recently it’s been French. In all seriousness I do speak Swedish reasonably well and my French is improving, but it's been less due to Duolingo and more thanks to FrenchPod101, Lingvist and Busuu.
