This short drive begins just past Exit 3 on the Circumferencial Highway (Highway 111) and crosses the MacKay Bridge through heavy fog into Halifax. Instead of continuing on the 111 to the Bedford Highway (Trunk 2), we take the exit to downtown via Barrington Street.
The toll is $1.00 per crossing or $0.80 with a MacPass.
