Track 104: Report #2
Devola and Popola continue their report, explaining that, despite the setbacks, eventually humanity began to triumph over Legion. The victory, however, is hollow; White Chlorination Syndrome still persists, slowly but surely devastating the human population through disease just as effectively as the monsters ever did.
However, the Hamelin Organization gathers the remains of Legion and the victims of WCS, and through research begins putting together a desperate plan to save humanity; Project Gestalt.
