My second contest is officially to go! First off, thank you to everyone who auditioned! Almost everyone who claimed a character turned something in and I’m so happy about that! This was already a wonderful start to the contest! And I cannot believe the amount of love and attention it’s getting! All of the auditions were beautiful and original and it was so hard seeing so many people with amazing potential not getting in. You all are absolutely creative writers!
And now to the newest addition to the contest: Handpicks! What does that mean? Well until MD where handpicks get extra points, in here handpicks get story hints! We do this since audition scores are irrelevant once the contest begins, and since story is a major thing us judges value, we liked the idea of dropping hints to people we either we thought really deserved to get in or were personal favorites of ours for various reasons.

I wasnt planning on uploading two back to back videos involving my OC and the Scruffy Men shes fallen in love with, but I guess thats how its worked out lol.
This is for @astroquaticss Free MEP, which was to edit your Non/Disney OTP. Naturally, I chose Sinita because who else. I know I made an edit with a different RP ship of mine with this song, but, truthfully, when I first listened to this song I IMMEDIATELY thought of these two. Ouuugghhhh to be seen by another after youve suffered years of trauma and loneliness, to be finally understood and have that other person give you the thing you were missing in your life. They mean everything to meeee. Of course I must always shout out my lovely writing partner @WolfSpirit79, because all these years later Im still so incredibly proud of the work we did together and how weve brought these two to life!!!
Initially I wasnt totally sure in what I wanted this part to look like, before inevitably just committing to the bit and recreating TTWU scenes again. And omg Im SO glad I did because I absolutely adore how the lighting looks, especially for the last couple of manips referencing the end of round 5. Ive wanted an excuse to redo that scene in particular for so long now and FINALLY I had my chance!
If youre wondering why the dead body of Namuunaas husband is Little Creek now instead of Kocoum, its because hes been recast as Little Creek. Has been for a while now, actually, I just havent edited with him at all to properly introduce that. My biggest regret from TTWU is using Kocoum as Namus late husband when Little Creek was RIGHT THERE and fit my vision of him SO much better. So Im changing it, Im rectifying it from here on out!
And yes, this video is titled with their official new names instead of the names of their Disney faceclaims, just because I want to focus on really representing them as the characters as they are, not who represents them in a crossover video. With all that said, hope you enjoy!

It’s getting closer to Halloween which means it’s that time of year for Faben’s annual Halloween MEP! And yes like every year, I of course joined because I never wanna miss it!
They did something unique this year in which each part was assigned with a word and we had to base our stories around that word. My word was “trapped” and with that I decided to take inspiration from one of my favorite franchises (aka the two first movies were great and the rest were garbage), Alien! Many people know I’m a huge nerd when it comes to Sci-Fi, but I often find that practically no one in the editing community ever uses it for their videos. And I think that’s a shame because I think there’s a lot of creative stuff that can come from the sci-fi aesthetic! But hey, if no one else is gonna do it, then I will!
Now I don’t personally have claustrophobia, but when thinking about my word the worst place I thought I could ever be trapped in is space. Because your space ship is all you have for survival. Outside of that? Good fucking luck. Space is an empty vacuum of death, and that’s the feeling I wanted to invoke here. Yes, even tho Cale is trying to get away from something, he has no where to go. He’s stuck with this thing that’s trying to kill him. And that my friends...is true sci-fi horror. Enjoy!

A young man on a ship gets a little too curious with an alien artifact, and awakens the sentient being within it. Now he finds himself trapped in one of the small rooms with no where to go and no where to run. His fate is sealed.")

Man finding purple scenes was surprisingly harder than I thought it would be XD. But I managed to do it! I also tried to make sure each scene represented the color in purple in some way. Like how Elsas scenes represent spirituality, Ursula and Facilier represent mystery, Punzie represents royalty, etc.")

First Halloween upload of the yeaaarrrrr! WOWEE so I actually hadn’t planned on it taking this long to upload something??? But I was working hard on my actual Halloween video and that took FOREVER. But no matter, I will not leave you guys nothing throughout the month. I still got two more special treats coming up before that video comes out.
So this is for Faben’s Halloween MEP! I’m making it my mission to enter every annual Halloween MEP of his. This year’s theme was just simple horror, so I had fun coming up with some fun ideas. It took me a while to settle on which story to do, but I finally went with this one! I looovvveeee a dark circus environment. I’ve been wanting to do a dark circus video for forever! To the point where my og 2017 halloween vid was gonna be a dark circus (ironically with Meg) before I dropped it completely. But now I’ve finally done it! And with a character I’ve never done before. Madeline kinda sucks to mask because of her stupid outlines, but she’s got a lot of fun expressions to work with (like wow her footage matched exactly with what I wanted). Anyways, enjoy!
Story:
A circus performer spends a night with her girlfriend after a performance, but later in the evening she discovers the dead body of her girlfriend in a backstage area, revealing that the person she was with all night was actually a ghost.")

When you actually don’t f—k around, and yet you still find out.
Another year, another Halloween MEP part for my bestie @FableSecrets! I won’t lie…this one isn’t one of my favorites. For starters I struggled IMMENSELY with the story. I have no idea, it just was not clicking for me. I kept going through various different ideas but some of them lacked an ending and others lacked a beginning. And then when I felt like I had this neat idea with the statue, I didn’t know who I wanted the statue to be. Ok that’s a lie, my brain kept telling me to use Kida but I’ve already used Kida for Faben’s MEPs TWICE now AND I WANTED TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!! Because I struggled with the second faceclaim, I kept circling through different stories, and it really was looking like I was gonna do something completely different by the end. And then…I did my original story afterall, so XD. I am glad I did though, this one was the one that felt like it had the creepiest vibe going for it so that was beneficial in a lot of ways. And I’m glad to have had Aurora suggested to me by my friends, she ended up being pretty perfect for what I wanted and editing her didn’t take much effort whereas my other ideas would’ve required a lot more work lol. Don’t ask me what the story is, I have no clue at this point. This one I truly was just going for The Vibes. But I hope you enjoy anyways!
