Experience one of America’s most isolated and breathtaking stretches of highway: I-70 across Utah. Join us for a 2-hour immersive 4K drive from Green River to the I-15 junction, crossing the legendary San Rafael Swell.

This section of I-70 is famous for being the longest stretch of interstate in the United States without any services—over 100 miles of pure, uninterrupted desert beauty. From the dramatic "Eagle Canyon" to the high-desert plateaus, the landscape here is truly unique.

We filmed this on a moody, cloudy day with a rainy and snowy mix, which brings out the deep reds and oranges of the Utah rock formations. Whether you’re planning your own Utah road trip or just need a relaxing 2-hour escape, tag along and enjoy the view!

We begin near the Zion-Mt Carmel Tunnel and head eastbound through Zion on Zion Park Scenic Byway, then head north on Mt Carmel Scenic Byway (Route 89) where we climb out of the desert and into a more mountainous landscape. After stopping for some aerial views of the area, we head east on the famous Utah Scenic Byway 12 where Red Canyons incredible colors and rock formations and tunnels hint at the wonders to come in Bryce Canyon. We make our way down into Bryce Canyon and end our drive with a hike to a waterfall in a red rock canyon thats been frozen over. Wandering the Mojave Desert on a Desolate Dirt Road in Arizona

$Driving Californias Forbidden Highway 39 - Closed for 45 Years Scenic drive on California Highway 39 (Also known as Californias Lost or Forbidden Highway ) in both directions through San Gabriel Canyon in the San Gabriel Mountains. We begin in Azusa, California and drive the complete length of the canyon to the locked gate where the last 4.4 miles of the road have been closed for the last 45 years due to rock slide damage. We also drive through the Crystal Lake Recreation Area and Campground. While we were exploring a bit beyond the locked gate a Caltrans truck came driving down the closed portion of the road from the north. We chatted with the friendly Caltrans workers who told us that they actually keep the closed portion of Highway 39 maintained and its kept drivable so that fire crews can access the area, and that they keep the road closed to the public due to the frequent rock slides in that area. When the crew unlocked the gate to pass through and continue south, we asked if theyd let us quickly drive through and record the closed section up to Highway 2, but unfortunately they couldnt allow it.
