Two years in the work, the improvement to my previous TAS is finally done! This time I teamed up with Quo, a real time runner (And now TASer!) of the game.

Many years back, I was TASing this game. I fairly recently went back to it, after seeing that the Klonoa runner Inconsistent was working on a 100% TAS. I joined in the project and has been TASing it actively since.
I just finished this level and thought it was rather neat, though its using lots of various tricks to skip the puzzles. There are six worlds in total for this game, so it should (hopefully) not take too far before the full run is done!
And for those wondering about The Minish Cap: Been stuck at the final boss for several months without any motivation at all... Dumb game... It will be done one day...")

This is a Tool-Assisted Speedrun with the goal of beating as many levels as you can while only wearing the Kuribos Shoe. Normally, this item can only be used in 5-3, making it a rare and interesting item. Here Im using a hacked game to always have the Boot on at the start of every stage.
There are a couple of levels which are impossible to beat in the Boot. The first one is 2-Pyramid, because you cant stomp on the beetles to then kick/pick up their shells in order to break the walls. This level is however not skipable, as there are no Clouds up to this point I can use to skip it. I therefore must cheat a bit and lose the Boot... This is the only instance I need to do this.
The other levels that are skipped are: 6-5 (Cant fly), 7-5 and 7-9 (Unable to pick up blocks), 7-4 (Boot cant swim, and I cant reach high up enough when the levle starts scrolling upwards) and 7-F1 (Cant fly).

Even with the Frog Suit, you want to stay out of the water as much as possible. Exception being if you can land into the water very early in the level, like 3-1, as youll instantly increase you speed to 32 when you land and then jump out to get the 41 speed instead.
The Wendy fight can be improved with a better position of her death, but Im too lazy to optimise this project, as that was never my intention.")
