This is an arrangement by Mr. Dorn back in the 1800's. The melody is much older than that and I'm not sure who composed it. I've added a link below to a Wikipedia page about the song in case you're interested.

I didn't realize at first that I had previously uploaded a different arrangement of this by Mertz. He called his arrangement simply "Irish Folk Song". Mertz's arrangement is more difficult and probably more interesting, but I thought Dorn's was an excellent and tasteful simple version. A good piece for the beginner.
