Battle Rank 31 but apparently not far enough in the Main Story to get enough active members to make a full four unions. Which means basically smashing my face against this particular rare for a week straight. And then I read the wiki and found this particular rare doesn't re-spawn so I might have just blown 100% completion. Oh freaking well.
