On the east coast of Australia on the 32nd parallel, is the largest sundial in the Southern Hemisphere. It’s located in the country town of Singleton in New South Wales, and I have the obsessive need to visit it. The grand sundial like all sundials in the Southern Hemisphere only work because the earth is a globe. In fact all sundials would be impossible on a flat earth.
