I thought, to celebrate Christmas, or any holiday you celebrate, I would do an original comic dub related to one of my favorite Christmas classics, The Nutcracker. It's simplicity, the music and even some adaptations like Barbie's Nutcracker (which inspired 6-year-old me to practice ballet until I was 9 and grow sick of tights and tutus) always brings me to the holiday spirit. While this piece is exactly related to the story, I wanted to bring some elements due to the setting and the characters (And gives me an excuse to use my favorite piece in the ballet, Pas de Duex, to which I already done in another comic dub I did ages ago).
The quality of the comic is not the greatest since the artist's been inactive for 4 years on DA and only provided this piece there, so I hope you can get past that. Nonetheless, go and salute her for this adorably sad piece!
