Originally picked up at a gas station by a member of his entourage, Elvis loved them so much he had designer Dennis Roberts replicate and adapt them when he couldn’t find another pair. Those copies became the iconic “TCB” sunglasses, but Elvis kept wearing this exact pair every day. They even show his teeth marks on the temples and the cracks from his karate practice, where he joked he didn’t have time to take them off in a fight.
