*Is this rent-to-own?*

*Do I need to commit to a full year?*
Nope! There’s no annual commitment. Subscribe month-to-month, take a break any time, and come back whenever it suits you. It’s totally flexible.
*What are Subscriber Rewards?*
For every 12 months you subscribe, _you’ll earn $100 in Kilohearts Subscriber Rewards._ The longer you stay subscribed, the more you earn, with an additional $100 added for every extra year. You can use these rewards to purchase perpetual plugin licenses and keep them forever.
For example, if you subscribe for four years (48 months), you’ll earn a total of $400 in Subscriber Rewards. You could use that to purchase Kilohearts Ultimate for $399, giving you perpetual licenses for all current plugins. After that, you can continue your subscription for access to Content Banks and future product releases, or simply cancel and keep using your favorite tools in your music forever.
*What happens if I cancel and resubscribe later?*
You won’t lose your progress. If you pause or cancel and come back later, your previously subscribed months still count toward your next reward. Pick up right where you left off.
*How can I track my Subscriber Rewards progress?*
When you log into your Kilohearts account, go to your profile page. You’ll find all your account info there, including a progress bar showing how many months away you are from your next $100 reward.
*Can I use Subscriber Rewards on sale items?*
Nope. Just like most rent-to-own or credit systems, Subscriber Rewards are designed to help you work toward the full price of a product while you’re using it. If you apply Subscriber Rewards to a product that’s on sale, it will revert to full price before the reward is applied.
*Can I use Subscriber Rewards to upgrade to Kilohearts Ultimate?*
Yes! All perpetual premium licenses you already own reduce the price of your Ultimate Upgrade offer, and you can use your Subscriber Rewards to purchase the upgrade at that reduced price.
*Do I get change from Subscriber Rewards?*
Nope. Subscriber Rewards are issued as coupons that are fully used when applied. If your cart total is less than the value of your reward, no credit or change is carried over.
