When it comes to bad guys, the Marvel universe has no shortage of villainous evil doers with ambitions of grandeur and destruction, but one titan in particular has always stood above the rest. Famed for his numerous brutal and unrelenting quests toward omnipotence, Thanos is quite possibly one of the most dangerous *and successful* villains in all of fiction. His expeditions with nigh-omnipotence are SO notorious that one can scarcely even mention relics like the Infinity Stones without his name coming up. But it all leads to a few unanswered questions. Exactly how powerful can this single mad warlord become? And in those few occasions when he actually *does* manage to grasp the infinity, how can we stop him? There are certainly no shortage of propositions available for this particular subject, but as usual, Tyler has the most thorough dossier he could compile ready for the question. And he plans to put this question to bed once and for all.

Everyone in Metropolis looks up in the sky. Sometimes we see him, sometimes we dont. But we always know hes around. Metropolis Citizen
Its not a bird... Its not a plane...
Sure, we all know Superman can fly, but does anyone know how? In most interpretations, Kel-El seems to just reach his arms upward and start propelling through the air without any real explanation. People tend to just shrug their shoulders and say, Hes an alien or Its a comic book, but there may be more science to this fiction than everyone realizes. What are the chances that someone could REALLY fly through the stars without a jet or a wing? Do you need to be from another planet or have a different biology to shrug off the laws of gravity? Reality is always throwing us curve balls, and we at Sup Sci are ready for the pitch. Has Superman just been flying for so long that no one questions it anymore?
