As a spiritual seeker, Rae-Mi Leroy was deeply interested in the Buddhist meditation methods that emptied her mind and helped her embrace her own sense of nothingness.

Now, as a Catholic, she understands meditation from a completely different perspective; as a way to focus on Christ and reflect on who He is, in order to become more fully who we are made to be.
