The #Jugger Salute: An (almost) pandemic-approved way to greet fellow Juggers. In the beginning of the #Corona #pandemic, authorities advised not to shake hands. Only weeks later, this sounded like Good Old Times, with schools, sports clubs, shops and even playgrounds closing down.
In the memory of those times this very quick video on a nice element of the Jugger movie ("Blood of Heroes" / "Salute to the Jugger"): The Jugger Salute.

Finally it is time for a real Uhus Jugger Tutorial again!
This is for you all who either start up a new Jugger group, or want to hone their physical skills in their team. The exercises also do work very well with other sports.
Uhus Jugger Tutorials 8, part 1 (well ... numbers), focuses on basic training elements: Warm-up and general agility exercises for jugger.
Thanks to Kay, a studied and school sports teacher and member of the Orange Juggernauts, we will have an in-depth view on important stretching techniques to avoid injuries, sprinting, as well as the famous #Ladder Drills to train agility, swiftness and body co-ordination.
