Hey everyone, I called back these IRS scammers, assuming I would be talking with this same scammer from the morning... Let's just say I enjoyed wasting their time again and it was a day well spent!

The scam: Someone claiming to be with the IRS or from the "Criminal Investigation Department" of the IRS will call and say that the police will arrest you or you will go to jail if you don't pay them a certain amount right away. They'll say they have "allegations" or a "lawsuit" against your name or account and that you need to go to a Western Union to wire an officer or department the money. It's all a complete scam.. The IRS will never cold call you this way. Screw these scammers!
