About this scam: Upon dialing the number, the caller is redirected to a "rewards hotline" call center. The "verification supervisors" say they are from the company "National Advertisers" in Charlottesville/Charlotte/"Charlotte-Williamsburg" (lol), Virginia. This company does not exist and the call center is likely overseas. The caller is asked for their name, address, credit card number, email address, DOB, and promised a free $100 Visa gift voucher, good at over "200 retailers nationwide" HA! The caller is also offered many additional "rewards" from sketchy or non-existent companies such as Fun Vantage, ISecure and Stealth, Roadside Auto Club, and others, which promise additional $100 gift cards and rewards in exchange for monthly re-billed charges. Bunk!
