Dr. José Ocampo - former Minister of Finance of Colombia and former Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs at the UN - discusses the international tax system and prominent ideas and efforts toward its reform. Ocampo received his PhD in economics from Yale University in 1976. The discussion is moderated by Senior Global Justice Follow Krishen Mehta, former Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
