After weeks of waiting, we finally got the call: our truck is ready.
Before picking it up, we wanted to do something small to thank the dealership team that went above and beyond for us. After dealing with multiple service departments, finding people who communicate, stand behind their work, and actually take care of customers is rare—and these guys earned our respect.

• Pick up our Ram after a full transmission replacement under warranty
• Share our experience with the dealership and service manager
• Take the truck for its first drive after the repair
• Compare it to the rental car we've been stuck with
• Talk about why we're still sticking with Ram despite our issues
