Today, after a good day at work, my coworker Stephen and I head over to Bareburger to try a new kind of fake meat, Impossible Meat. It was developed using a substance called "heme" that has been found to be the reason meat smells, tastes, and "bleeds" the way it does. The substance is also found naturally in the root of the soy plant, so they've taken it and made what is possibly the best fake meat available to date.
After we enjoy our burgers, we head over Kalustyan's, an Armenian spice store in Murray Hill.
